I stayed in the Rock Suite Platinum, a lovely suite perfect for two but not ideal for more due to privacy reasons. The hotel's location is amazing, right next to Ushuaia and close to Nassau beach club, offering a nice setting especially in the late evening. However, it can be pricey, especially if opting for a king-size bed. The dining experience was top-notch with a wide variety of options, although late breakfast availability was limited. The service, on the other hand, was quite disappointing, with unresponsive staff and management. The facilities were well-maintained, offering a good overall experience.
My stay at the hotel was simply amazing! The rooms were modern and spacious, with a large balcony perfect for relaxing before a night out. Everything was clean and comfortable, although we did find a dirty towel on our balcony. The service was exceptional; they even upgraded our room and arranged transfers for us. However, there was a minor hiccup with the response time from housekeeping. The location was fantastic, right next to Ushuaia and close to Nassau beach club, offering the best of fun and relaxation. The dining experience was superb, with a wide variety of delicious options but slightly on the expensive side at €30 per day. Overall, a great value for the money spent.
