I stayed in the Rock Suite Platinum, a lovely suite perfect for two but not ideal for more due to privacy reasons. The hotel's location is amazing, right next to Ushuaia and close to Nassau beach club, offering a nice setting especially in the late evening. However, it can be pricey, especially if opting for a king-size bed. The dining experience was top-notch with a wide variety of options, although late breakfast availability was limited. The service, on the other hand, was quite disappointing, with unresponsive staff and management. The facilities were well-maintained, offering a good overall experience.
My stay at the hotel was simply amazing! The rooms were modern and spacious, with a large balcony perfect for relaxing before a night out. Everything was clean and comfortable, although we did find a dirty towel on our balcony. The service was exceptional; they even upgraded our room and arranged transfers for us. However, there was a minor hiccup with the response time from housekeeping. The location was fantastic, right next to Ushuaia and close to Nassau beach club, offering the best of fun and relaxation.
